Mark Found who was the presenter of the Railway World, is back with a brand new Garden Railway TV which features outdoor garden railway – everything from 16 mm to 15 inch and more! The site has plenty of videos and photos of garden railways with more being added each day. Videos are free to watch but you have to be a member to post in forums and see upcoming events.

Spain started late on its high-speed rail, inaugurating its first line – between Madrid and Seville – in 1992. Today they have 1,835km of track and is turning in an operating profit. Wild Wild Train, a puzzle-strategy-routing railroad game for the iPhone/iTouch is now free for a limited time.
The goal of the game is to route your trains by clicking on the switches to pick up goods and then drop them off at designated stations. The first three levels has one train and subsequent levels let you manage upto three trains. Eventually you even get to disarm bombs and save the damsels in distress. Trying to deliver your goods while avoiding crashing into each other gets very challenging.

Next Month on 10 and October 11, 2009 more than 150 individual exhibitors and over 30 clubs from across Europe (Germany, Belgium, Great Britain, Luxembourg) will be taking part in RAMMA (Rendez-vous d’Automnedes Maquettistes et Modelistes en Ardenne).
Judging by the images in their 2007 gallery, all of which are nicely detailed and almost real, I’m sure this year too, railway modelers will excel in their craft!
Train Traffic Control: Objective of the game is to allow trains to stop at the station while preventing them from crashing into each other. Each train carries goods and you earn money as it is emptied at the station.
Simple but when more trains arrive, it gets crazy. Also, i did not like the scrolling/panning left-to-right. It would be nice if one could see the whole section.
It took a while to figure out but after the instructions when you are ready to play, click on the little red MAP icon to get rid of the overlay map and start the gameplay.
